Ski training focused on your goals

Work on your technique in an indoor environment where each exercise can be chosen according to your needs.
Whether you are an experienced skier, a competitive athlete or an instructor, individual training allows you to focus on a specific goal and benefit from support tailored to your progress.
Personalized goals • Continuous repetitions • Coach nearby • Year-round training
Who is individual training for?
This formula is aimed at skiers who wish to go beyond a recreational session and work on their technique in a more structured way.

What can you work on?

Each session is built around your level, your observations and your priorities.
Depending on your goal, the training may focus on:
la position de base; l’équilibre et la stabilité; la mobilité des chevilles, des genoux et des hanches; l’utilisation des carres; la gestion des pressions; le déclenchement du virage; l’enchaînement des virages; la symétrie entre les côtés; les virages courts; les grandes courbes; le rythme et la coordination; l’efficacité des mouvements; la préparation à un retour sur neige; et bien plus
The goal is not to correct everything in a single session. Your coach helps you target the priority areas and choose exercises that promote consistent progress.
A high volume of repetitions
Continuous gliding allows you to link numerous movements without waiting for a lift. This allows you to dedicate more time to your target goal.
Quick adjustments
Because the coach remains nearby, he can give you an instruction, observe its effect and immediately adjust the exercise.
A controlled environment
The speed, difficulty and parameters of the session can be adapted to your level and progress.
A precise training
The simulator allows you to isolate certain movements and repeat them in order to better understand and integrate them.
A year-round activity
You can maintain contact with ski movements, prepare for the next season or supplement your on-snow training.
Why train on a simulator?
The simulator does not replace training in the mountains. It is a complementary tool for developing skills that can then be transferred to snow.
